County Art in Public Places (CAPP) committee

The County Art in Public Places Committee provides oversight for the Channing Peake Gallery in Santa Barbara and the Betteravia Gallery in Santa Maria. CAPP recommends to the Arts Commission and the Board of Supervisor projects for the disbursement of the Percent-for-the-Arts monies. CAPP meets on an as-needed basis, rotating throughout the county. Meeting agendas will always be posted 72 hours prior to each meeting outside the Santa Barbara Government Administration Building located at 105 E. Anapamu St. in Santa Barbara.
